This place is a pure delight. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom very clean. I loved the roof top restaurant and the young lady chef makes delicious grilled salmon. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The staff was adorable which is always the most important. The small bedside lights are very convenient. I loved the decoration of the hotel and the bedroom. There’s a laundry room a gym and a meeting room for whoever wants to work. A young fresh atmosphere. Extremely pleasant. Well located too. 💟

It was my first time in KL, I had a terrible experience in a previous hotel and found LYF by chance. I arrived tired, broken and suspicious of everything. The first thing I noticed was that the staff at this hotel were the most sincere and caring people I have ever met. They were so welcoming, so kind and helpful. Two members of staff stood out the most, Aisyah from the restaurant on the 12th floor was superb. If you stay at this hotel, make sure you go and say hi to her as she will brighten up your day and don’t forget to try some of her delicious handmade pastries and cakes. They are absolutely delicious. Secondly, Azizi from reception, very knowledgeable and lots of fantastic recommendations on what to do around the city. There was a third person who worked nights on reception, a Chinese Malay chap (forgive me for forgetting your name) but he was a fountain of knowledge and full of very good advice. Throughout my stay I felt like I was in the company of friends. The hotel itself is great, my room was big, had a very cool mural on the wall, very trendy, very clean and super affordable. The fact that they had a water filter on my floor made life so much easier, not to mention a restaurant on the 12th floor, a roof garden on the 13th floor and DIY laundry facilities. The bed was very comfortable, I had a lovely view and the hotel was spotless. The hotel is in walking distance to many top locations in KL particularly Masjid Jamek, China town, Independence Square, and the Eco park. I would definitely visit again and stay here. 24 hour reception, good wifi, nice clean room and great air conditioning. Water pressure was good in the bathroom. There is onsite laundry (for a fee) and also a cafe and restaurant. It is walking distance to Chinatown.

Open and comfortable co-working spaces to work and hang out - coffee shop at the ground level which served my daily breakfast needs. The wifi speeds were sufficiently fast. The staff were very friendly and understanding to my questions and requests. The bed was comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

We had a very quiet room with a lovely window. It had great facilities and aircon, and the bed was super comfy. The facilities at the hotel were great, although we were expecting a restaurant and bar on the top level which either wasnt operating or doesnt exist. I noticed some other reviews saying the location wasn't great, but it was perfect for us. It's a short walk to Chinatown, central and some other interesting areas, but far away enough to be quiet at night.
